8 pack in person or virtual training ($360)
One on one 30 minute training sessions tailored to your personal needs and goals. Includes complimentary introductory consultation. *Must be used within 60 days from purchase date.
4 week Customized At Home Training Plan ($149)
Personalized programming tailored to meet your unique fitness goals and needs. Client performs programming on their own. Includes 3 workouts per week, plus a complimentary introductory consultation, and weekly check ins. Every month, you will receive 12 customized blocks of specialized programming to keep you motivated and working towards a stronger you!
Nutrition Coaching Options
10 day nutrition reset ($210)
Includes complimentary introductory session, one to one consulting, grocery, portions, label reading, meal planning and balancing as well as general nutrition guides, plus personalized coaching and daily check ins in order to improve current habits and establish new routines.
Individual Coaching Sessions ($49)
30 minutes al a carte nutrition coaching session used for check ins and can be purchased after the 10 day reset.
Combined packages
Nutrition Coaching and Personal Training ($398)
4 weeks of one on one combined personal training and nutrition coaching - includes everything in the nutrition reset and customized at home training options.
8 - 30 minute training sessions in person or virtual via Zoom.
Fitness programming over a 4 week period of time.
1:1 nutrition coaching jumpstart for 10 days.
